Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Task for Human (operated by Cluda AS), we strive to provide high-quality services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver results within 24 hours of payment without prior communication, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Task Not Performed as Specified: If the task was not performed according to your provided steps, you may request a re-run or a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If technical issues on our end prevented proper execution (e.g., corrupted video, incomplete recording), you are entitled to a re-run or refund.
  • Cancellation Before Task Begins: If you cancel your task request before work has started, you are entitled to a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • The task was completed according to your specifications, but you are unsatisfied with the results or findings.
  • The URL or application you provided was inaccessible, broken, or required credentials that were not provided.
  • You provided incorrect or incomplete task instructions.
  • You request a refund more than 14 days after the task was delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at taskforhuman@cluda.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your task ID or the email address used to submit the task.
  3. Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
  • All refunds are processed in USD (US Dollars).

6. Re-Runs

In some cases, we may offer a free re-run instead of a refund. This may be appropriate if there was a minor issue with the original task that can be easily corrected. You may accept the re-run offer or request a refund instead.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may respond to our decision email with additional information. We will conduct a final review and provide a decision within 5 business days.
