What is this?
Custom Task is the default way to request human work. Describe what you need done, provide a URL and step-by-step instructions, and specify what deliverables you want back. This is the most-used template — it handles anything from one-off investigations to complex multi-step tasks.

How it works
1. You provide: a URL (if applicable), a description of what needs to be done, step-by-step instructions, and what deliverables you expect back
2. A human: reads your instructions and completes the task
3. You receive: the outcome status, detailed notes on what happened, and the deliverables you requested
What you get back
A completion status (completed, partially completed, or could not complete), freeform notes describing what was done, plus any screenshots, video recordings, or other deliverables you specified.
